Texas Tax
-
Hi, I have the Tax settings set to enable auto tax where it clearly states Your tax rates and settings will be automatically configured for Texas, United States. I have also manually entered tax rates. My customers should not be getting taxed in Texas, but they are. What is causing this? What setting do I need to change to fix it?

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
If your site is using the WooCommerce plugin, the best place to seek help is the WooCommerce support forum:
-
The site is http://www.synergenxsupplements.com all Texas tax rates are set to 0. I have priority 1 setting by county, if it doesn’t pick up by county priority 2 goes to the state tax rate. For texas, all rates are 0.

Thanks for that. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
As we mentioned in our last reply, you will need to reach out to WooCommerce Support for help with WooCommerce issues.
You can contact them via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any paid WooCommerce products, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
I hope that clarifies things!
