  I need to speak to a real person. My text is displaying different sizes and I have other questions.

  There is no phone number. There are no fake people answering questions here.

  Your problem is that you are cutting/pasting into your blog either from Word or from elsewhere on the web. You are introducing invisible HTML tags that are causing this problem. To fix it:

  1) go to Dashboard->Settings->Writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML” and save.

  2) go to Dashboard->Posts->All Posts and select all (usually the default is 20 at a time), set them to Draft, then set them to Public again. That forces the change in 1) to take effect on them.
