Text above header in Twenty Ten

  I have the Twenty Ten theme, and at the top, above the header are the words “Just another wordpress.com site.” Is this editable, and where do I edit it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes it is, it is called the tagline and you can change it at settings > general.
