Text Above Twenty Ten Header

  How do I change the text above the header on the Twenty Ten theme? Right now my username is shown above the header. Does it require css editing to accomplish this task?

  If you just want a better blog name and Tag Line go to

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> then change the Site Title and Tag Line to a better description.
