Text after Child Pages
-
Hi there,
I’m using the Fortune Theme with a full-width grid page. I’m wondering if there is any way to add text after the child pages.
Thanks,

Hi, Nicole,
Your site (ljplab.com.)is not a WordPress.com hosted site. You posted this in the WordPress.com Forums, and unfortunately we are unable to assist as they are not the same, and the staff here does not have any access to it.
Here is the link to the WordPress.org Support Forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
You will need a free WordPress.org account to post there – if you don’t already have one, register here: https://wordpress.org/support/register.php
I did a quick search and here is a link to the WordPress.org forum topics on the Fortune theme: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/fortune
I hope you find a quick resolution, and please let me know if I misunderstood your website url.

Hi Nicole, I see you have the WordPress.com Business plan and using the Fortune Theme. Can you give me a link to the page that has the child pages and I can take a look. Also, how much text are you wanting to add? With CSS, we can add a bit of text, but not a lot.

@happyathometoday, Business plan users here at WordPress.com can now add plugins and also install themes from outside of WordPress.com, so that appear to be self-hosted, but in actuality they are hosted here. @ljplab is hosted here.

Hmm… I guess, I’m lost now b/c when I look it up ( ljplab.com), it says the site is hosted by Web.com, not Automattic. (?) Weird.
Thanks for correcting me! Sorry for the bad reply, Nicole.

Hi @happyathometoday, when I do a whois lookup on ljplab.com, the nameservers are for WordPress.com. Where were you looking when you saw web.com?

Hi @thesacredpath — thanks for the reply and apologies for the delay!
Here’s the page where I’d love to add the second two sentences that are above the child pages to below:

Hi @ljplab, add this to your custom CSS. I’ve include font size, color and font weight, just in case you wish to adjust those. If you do not, you can remove those three declaration.
.page-id-60 .grid-wrapper:after { margin-right: 30px; margin-left: 30px; content: "Failure to provide all necessary information could result in testing delays. Do not hesitate to contact us directly with any questions regarding billing."; font-size: 110%; color: #000; font-weight: bold; }
