Text and image side by side slider with navigation

I’m looking for a way to do a slider that contains a images and texts side by side with navigation on top exactly like this one https://imgur.com/BZrtAgX .

The navigation on the top you can accomplish by creating a menu. Read how to do this from this link: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/create-a-menu/#video-tutorial
For the Carousel part, you can use the “Post Carousel Block”, but it will only show the featured image of the post and not an excerpt of the content to the right like the example you linked. You can check how this block works here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/posts-carousel-block/
If you want to set up the Carousel exactly like the one from your example, you would need to use a plugin. You can find several plugins that can do this by doing a search like the following: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/carousel/

If you want something more customizable, you can upgrade to the Business plan and install one of the many slider plugins that are available.
