Text Behind Image?

  how can I put text over/behind image after uploading image on page/post? For example, type text on image as if typing onto watermarked paper.

  You can’t. There is no way to do that in WordPress.com blogs. You would have to do watermarking etc in a graphics program before uploading the image.
