Text Box Support

    When I open up a text box, I only have the option to view it in Text mode and not Visual mode. What can I do to have both options? There is nothing for me to click on in the upper right hand corner of the box to switch. It seems like everyone has that option to write in Visual or Text except for me. Perhaps I deleted something without realizing it?
