The theme you’ve chosen, Motif, only allows for color changes if you have the Premium upgrade as seen here:
If you’re not interested in the upgrade, you can certainly adjust your theme to one that has a color scheme that makes you happy! If you need assistance with choosing a new theme, please let me know if I can help.
