Text colour

  Hi, I’m having issues with text colour. It seems the usual feature when highlighting the text where it usually says “text colour” is gone? I’ve tried using the side bar & adjusted the colour but it’s still showing as green for links. Can you please advise as my blog looks a little messy? Thank you
