  Dearest WordPress,
  Gee, I do love your site and your support and how you genuinely do seem to care about those of us who use your awesome blog for free. But, and I’m saying this with all the love I can muster, your text editor (for wordpress.com) is absolute dog crap. Seriously. Words, as I’m typing them, become bold and change color for no real reason. Pressing the Enter key will sometimes create a line break, sometimes, maybe, depending on which way the wind is blowing. You have a great everything. But the text editor, um, well, not so much.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with the visual editor.

  Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that clears up the problems you’re having?

  It would also be helpful to try a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome, to see if it’s a browser-related issue:
