Text Editor Still Not Showing???

Hi,
I’ve done the Ctrl & F5 togheter and in my userprofile the Editor is ticked, but when I go back to write article there is still nothing. No editor? Any idea, on how I get it back? I’m using the kubrick template by the way.

Also I might mention that I had huge trouble yesterday to actually see the blog website displaying properly on my computer. It came up all jagged and wrong. Kind of like a wide website but no graphics or headers just the written stuff from my posts. It was real weired. When I checked on my hubbys computer it looked fine however. Today the site displays fine, but there is no editor in my post writing. And the page says error sometimes.
I might get interferrence from my security center (CA Vet) trying to stop things. But really I’m baffled. Also I cleared all temp.internet files, etc. but still no go? I’m lost here and wonder whether anybody could help?

Not sure what you mean by Text bar but if you’re looking at labels like ‘b’, ‘i’, ‘b-quote’, etc., somehow your editor has been turned off. You can turn it back on at Dashboard -> Users -> Your profile and check that box for the editor near the top and Save Changes.
If that’s not what you see, we need specifcs. Please remember that only you can tell us what you’re looking at. Not sure what you mean by “text bar”…

My profile box is checked were you specified and has been all along as well. But I just went back there and unchecked, then checked then “saved changes”.
What I mean by text bar is
Title followed by a long box-> then Text followed by a big box and above that it says “visual” and “code” in small tabs.
Sooo frustrating Monika and support is closed for the weekend too… -

Hi, have the same problem.. no text editor. Then pressed CTRL together with F5 .. nothing!
Went to Profile and unchecked the box and saved it. Back to Write and new page and now is the code bar on its place but no visual bar. ????????? Cant somebody from the support tell us what to do????!!!!! For me is clear as mad- it`s a bug in the software!!!!
Giving up on on WP soon!

Once you have turned of the visual rich text editor on the Your Profile page you can then use the standard editor. It has no “visual” mode. Could you please post the following information:
* – your browser
* – your browser version
* – your FULL wordpress.com blog address (not the name, the real address that begins http:// )
* – and a very good description of the exact problem.
