Text format buttons disappear

  This has happened a few times to me. The text formatting buttons that allow you to do bold, italics, more, etc just doesn’t show up when I’m writing a post. Eventually it comes back, but I’m wondering if I can make it come back on my own, or if there is a list of the hotkeys so I can still use those functions while the buttons are gone.

  Does pressing Ctrl and F5 when on the Write screen bring them back?

  Been covered plenty of times before. I’m guessing that you’re using the Firefox browser and the Rich Text Editor. I search for ‘buttons’ turns up the following thread along with others. The search also turns up the following FAQ post.
