Text Formatting Toolbar Half-Gone

  My text formatting toolbar shows only one line, and I need both. Please tell me how to get both lines for my text formatting toolbar.

  Hi Kathy,

  Click the “kitchen sink” button — the last button on the right of the top row. It opens the second row. :)
