Text header color not updating & contact form shows my name and email address

You are exactly right. The area is autofilling with your contact information because you’re logged into WordPress.com. Nobody else will see your details. In fact, if they’re logged in, their contact info will autofill.

You can adjust this with CSS code…this is something you can do as a feature of your Premium upgrade.
If you’d like to give this a try, click Appearance → Customize in your site’s Dashboard. Then, click CSS in your right-hand menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
.site-title, .site-title a, .site-title a:visited {
color: #e50000;
}.site-description {
color: #e50000;
}Then Save your changes.
