Text in Bullet and numbers list shifts

Alslamu Alikum..
I had an issue with the bullet and number lists being so close to the screen’s left edge and in the menu every page shifted to the right a little further.
Today i have noticed that the pages’ menu got fixed Alhamdu llah and back to normal yet when it comes to the lists [even though it’s not close to the left edge as it was before anymore] the text’s second line of any point in the list now indents under the bullet or the number point as you can see in the following screenshots:

instead of indenting a little to the right like a child to the paragraph like the one in this screenshot: Correct list indenting
I would really appreciate it if you tell me how to fix these issues en shaa Allah.

Hi there,
The links you gave to the Google Drive I cannot reach as you would have to give permission.
What would be useful would be links to some of the pages or posts where this issue occurs so that we can look at the code and determine what is causing this. It might be a theme bug that will have to be reported.
On your main page, I see a misalignment of the ordered list, but when I checked, those numbered entries in the blockquote are actually paragraphs blocks rather than an ordered list.
Looking forward to hearing back from you so that we can get this resolved.
