Text in Featured Images

  I am currently working with the Edin Theme and am trying to take the text off of my Featured Images that appear at the top of every page. Does anybody know how I can accomplish this? Thanks!

  Could you try the following CSS and let me know how it goes:

  .hero.with-featured-image .page-title {
  	display:none;
  }

  I hate to sound incompetent, but I am struggling knowing exactly where and how to enter this. I have tried going into the customize area and doing it under that CSS, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. Is that where I enter it? If not, could you walk me through where to enter it? I am new to this whole web design stuff…

  Not incompetent at all. Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the above custom CSS staff-happychia gave. You will be able to preview the change right there. If it is what you want, then make sure and click Save at lower right.
