Text in my comments box is invisible.

    My first commenter let me know she could not read her text typed in my comments box. I confirmed this by typing a comment to myself — the letters are actually invisible! This is also a lesser problem with my fonts in the blog text itself. All the black fonts I try from the fonts drop-down list come up pale grey rather than black. Thanks in advance for help.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to reproduce this, which has to do with changing the foreground custom color, so I’ll report this to our developers to take a closer look at getting this fixed.

    In the meantime, can you change the foreground color to something else?

    I’ll reply back when I hear from our developers.

    Hi Jim,

    Thanks for your patience, and I’m sorry for the delay. It looks like for now, you’ll need to choose a color that works well with the dark comment form color scheme, and we’ll look into making it compatible with lighter colors in a future revision.
