Text in New Posts Smaller Than in Previous Posts

I’m using the Twenty Ten theme and have been publishing posts to this blog since 2008. I have always written my articles in LibreOffice (OpenOffice previously) using its default font settings and have simply copied and pasted into WordPress. All of my posts have looked the same (font and size) until yesterday when I wrote a new article, copied and pasted from LibreOffice, but the font in the WordPress post turned out different and was smaller than in previous posts. I tried pasting the text into Notepad first, then into WordPress, but the font still turns out smaller than previous posts.

Also, in the past, WordPress always pasted the text in the theme’s default font. Now, If I paste Arial text, it displays as Arial instead of converting it to the default.

Yesterday and fought and fought and tried lots of things and finally managed to copy the text as 14pt and got it to display larger, but it still is not a true match to the older posts. Today I added an addendum to the article and cannot for the life of me get it to repeat yesterday’s results so the text in the addendum is just going to have to be smaller.

I’ve even created several “Test” posts thinking something went wrong with the particular post in question, but they all do the same thing.

Arial is by nature a little larger, so I could start using that font to get the desired size and readability, but then the new posts wouldn’t match the old ones.
