Text input field for "Follow" widget not displaying

  I am using the follow widget on my the pages of my website and the email text input box is not displaying.

  Hi there,

  The text input box will only display if you’re not logged in to WordPress.com. If you are logged in, it only shows the follow button (because you don’t need to enter your email address, it just adds the site to the list of the blogs you follow). If you’re not logged in, you can see the text field and can enter your email address!
