Text instead of the page name

I’m new and I have no idea about using the Themes yet.
I’ve decided to use the Theme below:
https://wordpress.com/theme/shoreditch/support/teamharappa.wordpress.comI wan to put text in the photo but currently it’s showing “Home” which is the page’s name.
Please teach me how to replace the text in the photo.
