text issue on blog

  So i do not and have not tried to mess with my css/html coding for my template, but yesterday when i signed into my blog part of the text (just on the side bar and bottom half of blog page) is bolded! Hoe do i fix this. I have tried updating posts and making sure they were not bolded in edit. I have tried changing my theme and that did not do it, the text was actually bold in the new theme as well. Does anybody know what is wrong with my blog? It is not unreadable but as a person that works with graphics all day the text is driving me nuts!!! help please!!!

  Open your latest post for edit and switch to the HTML view and remove the following two “strong” tags from around the more tag:

  <strong> from before it and </strong> after it
