Text justification

In the new editor, I used ‘Text Justify’ option but it did not work. The text remained left-justified. Am I making some error?

same problem, in the new editor the Justify instrument doesn’t work neither in post nor in pages editing.

Hello All!
This is how text justification works and does not work for me, testing with the TwentyTwenty theme on a free site.
In the editor, text never displays as justified. If I use Preview or view the test post after updating, then justified text displays as justified. If I choose Strikethrough–another formatting option from the same menu–the formatting effect shows immediately in the editor.
I recognize that the editor is not genuine WYSIWG, but the inconsistency in this use case does lead to confusion. Is it a bug or a limitation of the editor?
Staff, feel welcome to look at my private test post:
https://twenty205937380.wordpress.com/2020/05/24/original-test-post-1/I tested with the current production mac version (76.0.1) of Firefox.
@raf584 and @panvalkarpramod, can you try to reproduce my test outcome and post again with your findings?

I solved the mystery, it’s the browser, Justify option works under Chrome, not under Firefox. There should be some settings that need to be changed in Firefox but I couldn’t imagine which one.

I’m actually seeing the issue on Chrome as well as Firefox. I’ve filed a bug report here:
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/42813For now, do go ahead and justify your text if you’d like; when you view the site it should work. If it does not, let us know.
