Text link set to “Open in New Window” keeps reverting to default

  Hi,
  I’m using the Visual Editor and whenever I select a text to make it a link specifically to open in a new window, it does not do it. It keeps reverting to the default, opening in same window.

  I could include target _blank in the code view but this is meant for those who don’t have any HTML knowledge at all.

  Please help me fix this.
