text missing

Hi All,
this morning i’ve been upgrading the SEO pack plug in and the Cform with the last version, after that my website has some trouble.
as u can see at this link http://www.templebartrad.com the flash file from the home page is not there and under the latest news section there are not article.
On my admin section everything is still inside, and the strange thing is on the editor, i can not switch between visual and html.
Can anyone please help me?

The only thing I MAYBE could think of as a reason you can’t see it is it is saved as a draft by accident. Switching from Visual to HTML is a problem I had a few times, but it is because I run my computer through Dial up.

I have no idea, and is gonna be a big complain from my client!!!
Visual and Html is not a priority!
