Text not displayed correctly e-mails

  In the emails that arrive in the mailbox, through the subscription to our blog (Neolosfera), the text is not displayed correctly. Is this a general issue? Is there anything could do to fix this?

  Hi there,

  Are you able to show a more complete screenshot of the issue you are seeing? What is the title of the blog post being displayed so we can take a closer look there too?

  Also, out of curiosity, is it possible the missing words are there, but you can’t see them because the text color is white? If you use your mouse cursor to try and “highlight text” in those blank areas, are you able to see it that way?

  We see this. The text’s color is black. When we edit the post, we see all letters.

  In that screenshot, can you tell me the name of the post please?

  Additionally, can you tell me if you’re copying and pasting from outside of WordPress, into WordPress.com from a Word Doc?

  This post is not yet published. But for example, the post “cortina de fum” is the same. We cope and paste from a Word Doc. Maybe it could be the problem. Thanks in advance.

  Dear, aleone89,

  We solved the problem of displaying the post by mail by changing the font to a gray color (other than black). Then it is displayed correctly.

  Thanks for all the information you’ve provided.
  
  We did receive other reports of this especially when a table was inside a post (like yours). We’ve added your experience with this to the bug report. At this point, there is no ETA for a fix. Thankfully, you’ve found a workaround by changing the text color.
