Text of entire blog suddenly went really really small

  I was writing up a post for my blog and all of a sudden the text switched into a tiny tiny font. Now the entire site is too tiny to read. Not just the visible pages, but everything in the admin/dashboard page too. Really weird. Can someone help, please???
