Text on Follow Box

  I see this text on my follow box in Widget section.

  “Enter your email address to follow this blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.”

  It says that above is what would show up for non-Wordpress.com users. But I don’t see above text showing up in the follow box. The box currently just says “Get every new post delivered to your Inbox.”

  Where does the above mentioned first text shows up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
