Text Running off Page

  Hello

  I am new to WordPress and I am having difficulty formatting some of my blog entries. I write all of my blogs in WordPress. The text in 3 out of my 5 posts has run off the page, the comments and tags are overlapping and the entry has lost all formatting. It’s very difficult to read. Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening? Thank you!
