Text Shift Problem in Ocean Mist Template
-
Ok – this is a mystery… The text format has shifted to the left and no longer has the appropriate “margin” on the left. It’s affecting my whole site. Ocean Mist has been the original template. I did not change the CSS. I want formatting back…
Anyone have this issue? What do I need to resolve it?

Actually it’s affected my other site as well….

Is there a problem with the CSS?

On cshunters, you have pasted stuff in from MS Word in your latest post, which will cause problems. MS Word does not speak good HTML.
If you use Word, then use the paste from Word icon on the lower toolbar and it will strip out all the bad code Word tries to insert.

I’m not seeing a left margin issue in Safari 3 or FF 3. What browser are you seeing it in?

Cshunters passed the W3C xhtml validation test, but W3C will not check crew93. It says there is a problem on a line in the code that prevents it from being able to verify anything.
With crew93, you are most likely going to have to contact staff.

The main column of Crew 93 failed to load entirely for me. There’s very definitely an issue there.
I suggest you go back through your posts in Manage and clean up the code using the “broom” icon or Close Tags in the HTML editor.

D’oh! Thanks for letting me know. I haven’t used it in so long. Wonder why they did that?

Well i stayed off a week and it automagically fixed itself. I guess the old adage is spot on: “Time heals all wounds”. :)
Thanks All.
