Text size
-
Hi,
Do I need to buy the CSS upgrade to be able to edit a text’s size the way it’s done in this FAQ: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/06/12/can-i-change-my-font-font-size/ ?
I can’t get the following code to work:
<span style=”font-size:x-small;”>(Bildenes opphav finnes ved å klikke på dem)</span>
at the end of the following blog post: http://materialisten.wordpress.com/2009/03/21/panda-livsstil/Do I need to add more code or is my standard template/CSS messing it up?
Thank you for any help! ¦o)

That’s because you’ve used the wrong quotation marks: they need to be the straight ones. Also, it’s better to specify size by percentages.
<span style="font-size:80%;">(Bildenes opphav finnes ved å klikke på dem)</span>
And “span” is best used for words or phrases within a paragraph. For a single complete paragraph you can use “p” instead. -
Ahh! The copy/paste of the code messed up the quotation marks, now it’s all good ¦o)
Thank you so much! ¦oD
