Text structure is messed up on actual site
-
After creating a post, i look at the actual site and the paragraphs are messed up. There would be a couple words and then the next line would randomly start, leaving huge open spaces in each line of text. How do i fix this?

If you are copying and pasting from a word processing document like Microsoft WORD go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#pasting-text Note that the paste from WORD button was been removed from the editor, and using the post as plain text icon removes all formatting. Therefore you have to insert the formatting and spacing.
Whether or not you are copying and pasting go to > Dashboard > Settings > Writing and enable this setting:
Formatting
__ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically
“save changes”Blog editors and word processors are not the same and do not work the same way. The web standard is one blank line only, so you cannot add more blank lines by pressing return repeatedly like you would do with a typewriter or in a word processing application. If you want to learn how to format and space your posts and pages see:

http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/09/13/wordpress-formatting-and-spacing/P.S. When you create a new post, always make sure the Format tool is set to Paragraph before you start typing. It’s in the Visual editor Row 2 first position “style”. See the illustration here http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2 If you forget to do that then edit the post, highlight all in the Visual editor, select Paragraph from the Format tool, switch editor to Text then switch back to Visual and click Update.

I reposted text after clicking the plain text icon. I then went to dashboard and enabled that setting. I checked the page and still see the funky formatting from my copy and pasted text.

That poker site is NOT hosted by WordPress.com and those are the only blogs we provide support for here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
As Timethief said, it is much harder for us to help you with a self-hosted site here. WordPress.com and self-hosted sites work differently so sometimes what works here doesn’t work there and vise versa.
That having been said, you might try clicking the text tab on the right side of the edit window, and then re-pasting your content there. If that doesn’t work (although it should) the next option is to fix the formatting by hand.
