Text tab not working in new post

hi! wondering if you can help. I am unable to access my text tab in new posts and am unable to enter and embed tracking codes because of this. see the screen shot below …..the visual tab works but when I click text tab nothing switches and it stays on visual editor.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Tracking codes will not work on any site hosted by wordpress.COM . Our software will strip them out.
We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javscript, not form codes, or iframes from unsupported sources or third party advertising codes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.

Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com

Try another browser.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
