Text that appears in tab cannot be edited.

When setting up my blog, I misspelled its title (it reads “Plitiken” instead of “Politiken”). Now the error keeps appearing in tabs and in the browser header. I’ve tried to correct the mistake, but apparently I am not allowed to effect any change in the header.php file (that is, I seem not to be allowed to download + edit it – perhaps unless I upgrade to a paid account?). Can anyone provide a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s odd. When I go to to forschungsgruppefipu.wordpress.com, the original address, I get that, too: FIPU | Forschungsgruppe Ideologien und Politiken der Ungleichheit. However, when I go to http://www.fipu.at (a domain a bought that automatically redirects to the blog), I get F.I.P.U./Forschungsgruppe Ideologien und Plitiken der Ungleichheit. What is that supposed to mean??

Problem 50% solved – the guys that host my domain were able to edit the redirection so that the correct text is now showing up in the tab regardless of how one accessed the page. Still would like to know how I can access header.php in order to edit it.

Maybe 100%: you can’t access.
