Text that is running into the images. Helpful hints?

  Hello gang,
  Just let me say first of all, that the move to WordPress was painless, and I absolutely love it!
  Still, I could use a touch of help on some minor issues.
  (I ran a search, but did not find anything on this.)

  When the existing posts were easily moved from Blogger over to WordPress, the text was neatly wrapped around the images and really looks good.
  The text ran along the sides of the images and spaced nicely, such as this posts.

  But, when I write up a new post here at WordPress, the text is right up against the existing image, … such as this one.

  I do have a couple other questions, but will leave it at this for now.
  Any help really appreciated.

  You have two choices. The first is to put each image into a program like Paint or Photoshop and add a background coloured border. The second is to add height and width specs into the image code.   Thanks,
  I was thinking that I might have to add some canvas around the images, … a bit more work involved but easily handled.
  Just thought there was a more simple way of doing it.

  And yes, … I will change the title of this post.
  Did not think about future searches on this issue.
