Text too small & Clickable elements too close together

  I am facing the issue that whenever I try to index page on google search console that give me two error for my every post.
  1- Text too small to read
  2- Clickable elements too close together

  I have tried every method that is available on Google or YouTube. I have increased the font size and checked the viewport in the code so that it adjusts to mobile screen etc. but all in vain. Please help me with this. Following are the posts:
