Hi @s162211, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I wasn’t able to see it on this account.
Noting too, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com. From what you’ve described, it sounds unlikely that the site is hosted here.
If you need help with an individual WordPress installation you’re running with another host, you’ll want to contact your theme or plugin support, or use the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Your site is not hosted on our servers here at WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. We have no access to or control over your site, and you’re using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org, which is something completely different.
Please ask in the support forums for the version of WordPress you’re using at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, or if the content you want to modify is inserted by the WPBakery plugin, contact their support directly instead for help.
