  Hello – how do I “create” a text widget? I want a pic in my sidebar and guess that a text widget is the wa forward. I have the url of the pic – I just need a way of inserting it into a widget.

  You can add in more Text Widgets at the bottom of the Sidebar Widgets page. There’s a drop down menu there.

  if it’s hosted offsite, just add in a img tag:

  <img src="URL of the image" alt="The name of the file" />
