Text Widget and Link Category Errors

    1. Under the Widget category for text, blog site does not understand simple HTML coding for putting words in italics, nor a basic paragraph command. I want to make separate paragraphs for text. I don’t want things “bunching-up,” but when I put in the coding for HTML paragraphs, I don’t get any paragraphs.

    2. When I attempted to add another category under the link option on my dashboard, blog site will NOT let me add another category. The only category I have is blogroll, but I want another category, but I can’t add one.

    I feel like I’m back in Blogger Land with all these issues! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    1) what exact code are you using?

    2) on the links widget, you can’t add a category until you’ve got one link in that category, so add the link first, then create the category.
