Text widget cannot be modified

Hi. I started a page the other day and modified a widget wherein I provide a disclaimer that I am not offering legal advice, but suggest that people contact a lawyer…
In any case, once I figured out how to modify this in the first place, I started modifying the text in the provided sample space, but accidentally published it before I was finished. Now I can’t figure out how to edit or replace the widget, and it has a hanging ‘The’ that I’d like to remove at the very least. Please help. Thanks.

Thanks! I actually was able to stumble upon a place to modify it earlier but the view you just gave me is really helpful going forward.
