  it is works wwith html
  if you go to my blog pentipenguin.wordpress.com
  you will find that i have a text with an underline in it
  how to do it?
  simple, very simple
  here are the commands you can give and what they do

  = link (dont know if it works)

  <br> = creats a new line

  <u></u> = makes an underline in your text

  <b></b> = makes your line text stronger (can be also )

  <i></i> = make your text a “sitting” look

  i dont know if there is more
  if someone knows more please post
  make this the first topic in this forum
  ive decided to make it after the guy that asked about HTML

  Three of your tags are outdated under HTML 4.01 and XML as well.

  well its a bit improving wordpress becouse ive never seen a blog with an costumized text widget :)
