Text Widget: html not showing up.

I’m trying to add a buy link using an html code. When I hit save, it disappears and only the title is showing up (non-clickable) on my page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The software here will strip out all blogger posted JavaScript and iframe links and advertising links. Please post the code between code tags here in this thread so we can examine it.

A lot of the code that is common in “buy” links is not allowed on WordPress.com, so the system is stripping it out:
There are ways to create buy links that are legal–assuming you are selling your own products or the like.
Some forms of affiliate sales and ads (other than those done through WordAds) violate the terms of service:

You cannot have an online store on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. No reselling anything made by anyone else is allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. No blogger initiated advertising or paid or sponsored content is allowed and WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for ecommerce transactions with shopping carts unless they have the $299. per year Business upgrade.

If you do not have a Business upgrade the only things you can sell on WP.com blogs are products that you, yourself personally create and/or services that you personally provide. For selling only your own creations and/or only service you personally provide on a free hosted WordPress.com blog see http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

It’s an iframe Amazon advertising widget and the software will continue to strip the code out.
WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.

In other words, you can use an affiliate text link in your posts and pages but you cannot post that widget in your sidebar.
