Text Widget Rejects my HTML
-
So I know what your thinking… he’s using javascript or iframes. Not so. Here is my code:
<a href="http://preschoolpartners.com/sign-up/"><img src="http://preschoolpartners.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/parent_meeting-e1389851693829.jpg" alt="parent meeting" width="100%" /></a>When I use this code the little spinning thing by the save button just goes and goes and never stops.
So here’s the other thing I can’t figure out. When I use this code:
<a href=""><img src="http://preschoolpartners.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/parent_meeting-e1389851693829.jpg" alt="parent meeting" width="100%" /></a>it the spinning thing finally stops and it saves… but obviously I don’t want to link to nothing.
I run several wordpress sites and I tried using this same code in a text widget on those and had the exact same problem.
Any thoughts? suggestions?

http://preschoolpartners.com/ is NOT a WordPress.COM blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
