Text widget title as link

  I’ve had success embedding links in text widgets, but not so with the text widget title. Is this a template issue requiring CSS? I’m using MistyLook.

  CSS is for presentation only, it has nothing to do with making links work or anything like that.

  Links are not allowed in text widgets titles… They’ll be stripped out by the WP software.

  sorry, you can’t paste any markup into the text widget title.

  it’s a widgets implementation issue, not a template one — CSS upgrade won’t help.

  you can simulate a linked W. title though, by leaving this field blank and pasting a link surrounded by H2 element tags into 1st line of the widget main area:
  <h2><a href="">Linked Widget Title</a></h2>

  *) depends on theme, H2 is particularly for MistyLook
