  When a text widget is activated, it does not open for the editing of new material. How do I make it open?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, @anabundanceofjoy,

  Are you using wp-admin or the customizer?

  If the customizer, it is automatically added to the bottom of the list, so you may need to scroll down (on the left sidebar) to see it. If it isn’t open, use the drop down box to the right to open it up.

  Let me know if you are using wp-admin and need help with that.
