Text widgets

  Our site is for our writers’ group. I wonder if the text widgets can be used to put books that some of us have on Amazon, with links or even BUY NOW buttons (just to take people to amazon, not PayPal).
  When I click on the text widget box, up comes ‘customize’ which makes me click off again.
