Text won't wrap around image

on my page here: http://www.bpwsaskatoon.com/?page_id=1913&preview=true, I cannot get the text to wrap around the image. It always looks exactly the same, regardless of which alignment option I choose.
I’ve gone through the Alignment page on the Support site (http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#alignment) but the feature simply does not work as described.

That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
