Text wrapping display issues on Phone setting

  I have wrapped text around a left-aligned image for an article, which looks fine on the desktop and tablet preview settings, but odd on the phone setting, where the first four words appear beside the image but the rest of the text sits below. Is there a way of making the text on the Phone setting look the same as the other settings?
