Text wrapping issue around blockquote in twenty fourteen theme.
-
Hi,
I have found what appears to be a minor issue with the way that paragraph text wraps around a blockquote in the twenty fourteen theme (as well as others).
Issue:
When a blockquote is nested within paragraph text and aligned left or right (ex.- class=”alignleft”) a new line is automatically added to the line where the blockquote begins. The result is an usightly space preceding your blockquote. Contrast this with the way that paragraph text wraps around media. When inspecting the code in Firefox it appears that the
is nested between new lines i.e.- <p></p>
</p><p>, whereas media is nested within the new lines, i.e.- <p><img></img></p>.
Note examples of what I am talking about can be seen here:

Yea the code was auto parsed and munged, it should have read:
When inspecting the code in Firefox it appears that the blockquote is nested between new lines i.e.-
<p></p><blockquote></p><p>, whereas media is nested within the new lines, i.e.-<p><img></img></p>.
