Textareas and popups?

  Is there any way I can add textareas and buttons that open up popups to my pages? I’m trying to create a website with pages that have lessons. On the bottom of pages, I’d like to have textareas where people can give their answers to questions. I don’t actually need to have the content of the textareas submitted or saved anywhere, but I’d like to be able to have a button under each textarea that says “Show Answers”, and have it open a popup with a particular page on my blog that shows the answers when you click on the button. Is there any way I can possibly do all of this with a WordPress.com blog?
